The birthday sign, the table toppers, and the hanging swirlies are great. Latex balloons are good. The cake toppers are meh, annoying to put together and there’s kind of a trick to it - you have to pop them all out, and I personally glued them back-to-back with the sticks between them (using the glue dots provided), so they were double sided, but I don’t think that’s what’s intended. However, if you don’t do that, the back of the butterflies will look really hokey to anyone standing on the other side of the cake. The foil balloons are ok, but tiny, and doesn’t come with a straw to inflate them. I didn’t use the cupcake toppers. The pom-poms are absolutely awful; I’m moderately crafty and it took me 15min just to do one, and they’re TINY. I ended up not making the rest and just tossing them. Overall the set is decent.

You have to put together the pom poms which take a long time. The balloons (pretty ones) need helium, there are no instructions on how to put together the other stuff. They literally give you plastic things to put in each one to put them up and do not explain how they go. We ended up with what appeared to be dead butterflies (upside down).. the design is pretty so I gave 2 stars but took us over 3 hours to put everything together and figure it out.. Not worth the time and money.

Product description indicates no assembly required - but this is not true - everything except 12 cupcake toppers must be punched out and totally assembled - and without instructions! Paper butterflies must be assembled; the glue that comes with them is not strong enough to glue picks to them - they must be taped on. The tissue decorations tear very easily. The tissue ball decorations came as sheets of tissue to make into balls yourself! Unless you are very crafty and have lots of extra time, you will be disappointed. The "Happy Birthday" Cake topper that is pictured is not included! And the balloons smell like gasoline! Very disappointed in this product.

This package was terrible the butterfly balloons was so small and didn't even float u had to DIY everything yourself which I had no time to do so everything ended up going to waste I would not recommend this package at all completely dissatisfied.
