Ugh. Like others, I ordered a 2nd set before evaluating the first. First off, this is fraud. The manufacturer has been told in reviews for almost a year that there are no washers. Remove it from the ad! 2nd, I did just check a few of the wheels and they are out of round. They actually lumpity lump down the track. The screws are too short and too narrow...again, plenty of posts on this but no change. They just keep ripping people off.
