Too pretty to use
I actually have never used it for straining anything at all. I'm sure it works great. But it's so pretty, I hate to use it!

Just what I wanted!
Beautiful copper colander. 2 side handles. Bottom base to rest it on plate or bowl. Perfect small size for fruits and veggies and pasta. Probably not for a family of more than 3-4.

Great colander, but the bolts rust quickly
It’s very aesthetic colander. The copper is very shiny and looks great in every kitchen, but the bolts on the bottom rust fairly fast which is a disappointment given the price point of the product.

It's a bowl. With holes.
It was a gift for my wife. She hasn't moved out, so I call it a win. Seriously, it's a bowl with some holes in it. Totally useless for anything of a liquid nature, so it is being used to keep some apples from rolling around on the counter top.

Decoration piece only - tarnishing VERY quickly
arrived beautifully! It began tarnished within two months.I'm sorry but for $32 this should last. I'm very upset about the condition. The copper plated is so thin that it quickly comes off, as copper is a soft metal. Cheaply made. If it's just going to sit out, that's fine, but this is a decorative piece ONLY not for actualy use
