I've been missing out not having this bar incorporated into my back workouts. First keep in mind the bar is heavy, BUT is quality made and very sturdy. The grips at the end are very good to use. People complaining probably just using to much and lose their grip....Newbs.You really feel the difference in your back workouts compared to a standard lat bar. Serious about your workouts?? Then get this!

It was an amazing price at it was on sale, although it advertised coming with a medal clip but it didn’t receive it in the package would recommend although just be where it may not come with the clip.

Been Gym active for over 17 years and I like the semi light weight, yet it’s strong enough for its use. The rubber coating is pretty cool gotta say. Side grips are pretty cool too, kind of makes you wanna do more reps hahaOne thing which is not so much a big deal is the Hook hole, it’s pretty much fitted or a bit small, the hook it came with slides in by force but it’s not as bad. Definitely a few MM bigger would be great.Like I said. It’s not a big deal, the bar does its job and that’s all I need.Highly recommend

Bought this product and I’m very happy with the purchase, it’s heavy and sturdy so I leave it in the car and only carry it on back days.. be prepared because it doesn’t come with a latch and most gyms don’t have latch that will fit with my gym didn’t luckily I had one in my goodie bag and fit and I Was able to use it!!!
