There is a lot to like about this smart lock. Having multiple properties, I have installed several different ones, and for the price, this is probably my favorite. Let me list why.Pros:Fingerprint reader. I love this so much. It opens the door in a second. It is super fast and responsive. It is worth it for this feature alone.Bluetooth works fantastically. Range is decent (15ft tops), but when you are in range, no hiccups whatsoever.Comes with 2 RFid readers that will open the door.Can create multiple codes from the app. Permanent or temporary. This is super hand for long-term rentals, or AirBNB.There is no plastic. The shroud is completely metal.Took 10 minutes to install, and the instructions were extremely easy to follow (and in understandable English, it was translated properly).Can open and lock from the app with ease.Can see a history of who opened the door and when (with the app and card reader).TTLock software is super easy to use.I have had an older model Ctronics lock, and have not had to change the batteries in over a year, so battery life is fantastic (4 AA batteries).Cons: None, to be honest. I will be using these on all of my properties going forward.This is my second Ctronics lock. The older one I have moved to the backdoor and this one has been installed on my main entry because of how quickly it can be opened with the fingerprint reader. I highly recommend it!

This lock is great. Very easy to install, easy to get connected via the app. Works awesome.I love the ability to use my phone and also assign different codes. Great lock, great price, very happy! Another great feature is how the keypad is electronicThe fingerprint sensor is genius, and is by far the most used feature of the lock. It feels great to not have to worry about taking a house key with you. So far, we have used most of the features of the lock, including giving family members access.I love the multiple ways to unlock 1-keypad code. 2- finger print. 3-smart cards. 4-key. 5-app.

So I had a standard pin pad lock but this here is a major game changer no more wondering/worrying if I left in a rush and forgot to lock the door! App is easy to use

Very easy to install, simple to use, works like a charm. Only thing to watch, keep the fob-thingy safe, it is easy to lose.

Have been using Ctronics for a while and the recent addition to the product family didn't disappointed me at all. Great quality, easy to setup, compatible with the same app I use to monitor the security cameras, and extremely high quality equipment when setting it up.Product features were great... include more than expected with the unlock chain keys.
