Use it almost every day. Only complaint is that the guard used to slide the food and protect your hands is almost useless. Get a pair of cut resistant gloves and use instead of the guard, or be very very careful.

Happy Slicing
This is more than I expected. Well made and thought out for great storage of all blades. I am very impressed with this slicer and the price can't be beat.I wanted to roast some vegetables and tried a potato as my first slicing project. At first I was getting mushy pieces and realized that I need to adjust wheel to thicker slices (yes you can adjust the size). Once I put it to number 4 thickness, every slice was perfect.Tomorrow I'm going to try apples for my baked apple slices.Thanks for such a great product
