the back part actually. came upside down... its literally latched up upside down from the rear ring that holds it together, so when I put this on the belt latch was sticking upward instead of down.. so manufacturing error... not fun. The material isn't the most friendly against skin, there's too much friction at the ends of certain parts of the leather..and the pouch in the middle has no place for your balls. so they just get smushed on the sides. too much room for a partial errection.
