Just a great Pole
I know, do I buy this or a cheap one. Nothing special, nothing fancy, just works and doesnt reak, will last forever.

Nice Pole - Worth the money
Great pole, study and easy to extend and retract. I've had it about a couple months now and no complaints. It is a bit heavy, but I'll take that for the durability. We had a hailstorm a few weeks ago that knocked a few yard bags of tree debris into our pool and this pole handled the heavy loads and clean up without a problem. I feel like this was a good choice, and while on the higher end, this pole should last for a long time and be worth the investment.

3.5 years and counting
Still going strong. Thinnest section is a little bent which makes it hard to fully extend now but it's manageable with effort. We have a tree over our pool so the amount of leaves this pole has had to deal with is absurd. One of the plastic retainer rings is cracking. Turns out they have replacement parts so maybe get another few seasons out of it. Well worth the purchase.

Sturdy, well made but a bit heavy
I've had my share of poles of many different brands and they are good for a season or two. I decided to give this one a shot and I'm going into the second season now. It is very well made and "should" last but there is a cost other than the price - it's heavy when you have it extended out. To me, it feels about 1/3 heavier than the cheapies but that's at the benefit of durability - I hope!

Light, easy to extend and collapse. VERY STRONG
Easy to collapse and expand while using the skimmer rake and brush. I am using a very fine mesh skimmer rake with the Dually. The net gets heavy when using but no flex or slippage of the Dually. Very little flex while manual vacuuming too at almost full extension. I was amazed that it was almost as light as a cheap homeowner pole. Arrived in a strong cardboard tube. No damage.

Middle section froze up and cannot retract
I decided to spend some extra money to get a professional quality, sturdy pole that would last. This pole was great for a couple of months -- a bit on the heavy side, but that was ok with me because it really was nice and sturdy. This pole was used lightly on my personal pool; I would use it for leaf / bug skimming or light brushing between bi-weekly pool service). Unfortunately, the middle section froze up hard. No amount of wriggling, twisting, pulling, pushing, lubricant, etc. has worked to unfreeze it. On the up side, the middle section froze in an extended position so I can still use it, but for $128, I am extremely disappointed. Reading other reviews, this is a common complaint so I would have to say do not buy this product.

Probably worth the money.
This replaced a lighter home center type of pole. Those are fine really but mine kept kinking and then I would cut it shorter ect. This is not too heavy and I can reach most of the pool. It does have two locking mechanisms per extension which seems to cause some people confusion. On each tube you can twist lock it, which would be on the inside of the pole and/or hand tighten a compression nut which is on the outside of the pole. Thus it's name"Daully".

Buy the best. You won't regret it!
This IS the best pool pole I've ever had. As advertised, it works effortlessly. Locks and unlocks easily and adjusts with minimal effort. Extremely rigid at any length. Still light enough not to be a problem. Wish I had found it a long time ago.
