I used them for a month but unfortunately csn not tell that I could realise a difference when my period started

Got these to try regulate my hormones as the older I get the worse the moods, cramps and bleeding get. Easy to swallow and when taken regularly before my period I did notice a reduction in cramps and hormonal acne.

I’m excited about these supplements because I get bad mood swings, bloating, cramps and cravings. Having a supplement that is designed to help with PMS on the whole is superb for me. I’ve been using these during the week of my cycle and have found I’m less snappy, less bloated and the cramps have been a bit more manageable so I feel they are definitely doing something good in my body! The supplements are easy to use, are a good size, easy to swallow and don’t give any nasty aftertaste either. I like that they are also vegan and 100% plastic free meaning it’s a eco friendly product which is important to me. For the quality and quantity I feel it’s good value for money but as I have a cycle a month I wish it were a little cheaper for ongoing costs.

Good packaging and design, easy to swallow and I think they work well. The older I've got the worse cramping and unpleasant period problems I have so I was glad to review these and find my last period less uncomfortable.

This muiltivitamin come in ordinary size capsule form. It contains high vitamin B6 and B5 which is known to help women's health and ease any period complications. Tried taking these a week before my period and it seems to help to relief the tummy bloating that I normal have, seems to have calm it down a notch.The capsules come in eco packaging ( a pouch) which is resealable, better than a bottle or a tub in my opinion, a good space-saver. Easy to manage two-a-day dosage with a meal.

As is always the case with Dr. Vegan, these capsules are top quality. The packaging is great for saving space, and the capsules themselves are easy to swallow. I definitely think they help with my PMS symptoms.
