This rainhead is in my Wife's shower, she prefers the handheld wand, so I have only used it on about 4 occasions. On the last occasion, it started spritzing water from the sides and the top popped up. Since it's over a year old (out of warranty) I took it apart to see if I could fix it -- the large plastic piece inside is cracked! This thing gets no stress, and is only used when we have company. It's absolutely ridiculous for this unit to fail. It should have lasted 1,000 years! Save your money and go elsewhere.

This is my favorite rain shower head ever! Modern and easy to clean nozzles

I picked this to replace a dying shower head in my old house since it had a "rain shower style" shower. However I couldn't install this shower head because of the angle on the top of the shower head. When I picked this it didn't have any pictures to show the angle or where the shower head attaches. But the angle basically requires that the pipe comes from the ceiling or is very long and has a 90deg angle. My shower has about a 80 deg angle and only sticks out ~6 inches and that isn't enough to fit this head on.... so I couldn't test it as I have no showers with a configuration that works here.

The media could not be loaded. I've owned a number of hansgrohe bathroom accessories. They're all beautifully finished and precisely made. But this square rainshower showerhead is without question the finest hansgrohe piece I've owned. It's incredible.hansgrohe is a luxury line of bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures majority owned by Masco Corporation (also owner of Delta, Peerless and Brito lines), and this is an exquisite hansgrohe rainshower shower head. This head comes in 2.5 and 1.75 GPM flows; I got the 1.75 to conserve water and because my water pressure is sometimes low.The shower head has the precisely-machined and engineered feel of a Swiss watch. See the length of the silicone water channels in the video I've made. Nozzle length makes cleaning easy; you simply brush your hand across the showerhead face and bend the nozzles to clean.The brushed nickel finish is rich, deep and beautful. And the back is as finely crafted as the front. Almost no one does plumbing fixtures for the kitchen and bath better than hansgrohe, and this is hansgrohe at the top of its game.

This a top tier large and immersive rain shower head. It can provide that full rain shower experience in a way that smaller heads with less nozzles cannot. The coverage is much larger at 13" with 224 nozzles. It does work best with good flow but still manages to meet a 2.5 gpm rating. I would recommend that you have good water pressure of at least 55 psi for the best experience. You will likely need a new longer and stronger shower arm that can both give the needed approx 8" of wall clearance as well as support this relatively heavy 8 lb fixture. For the added expense and effort however, the results are that spa like, premium look and feel which is an experience that is hard to duplicate in a smaller form. Best for larger showers of at least 48" x 48" or larger. This rain shower head also features a drip-less design so that when you turn it off it stops dripping relatively fast. 5 stars for premium performance.

This was easy to assemble and looks great! It performs much better than my previous showerhead and is super easy to clean. I highly recommend this showerhead or brand!!

I have had 3 different shower heads in my new home but each rain shower head has been pretty disappointing until I got this one from hansgrohe. I have never heard of this brand but wow the quality is amazing. I was first shocked at how much this shower head weighs compared to the other ones. The thickness of the metal is actually impressive. It has been working great so far, love how the water feels, in the mornings I sometimes fall in a trance with the water just falling on my head. The install was real easy, I cant recommend this shower head enough and cant wait to see more products available from Hansgrohe.

This Hansgrohe rain head is very well made with an outstanding finish. Very easy to install as it's a direct replacement from your existing shower head. For those doing a remodel, you'll want to install from the ceiling using a straight downpipe. A 3/4" water supply is ideal. The silicone nozzles are easy to clean by simply swiping your hand across the nozzles. Although it's not inexpensive, it's a simple upgrade that will transform your shower to a luxurious experience.
