It's a good product. I was looking for a footwear that increases my height without causing hip pain like the heels. So just came across this and wanted to give a try. The soles are comfortably soft, fluffy so when we walk, heels don't hurt. Best part is it increases the height when you put it inside the shoes. We need to cut them to fit into shoes

It does make u taller about 2 to 3 inches. Only thing is for the low type of shoes your foot will rise up higher because the shoes is lower so for that u can only put one of the pads. It looks perfect for higher shoes like air jordans and higher ones.

Quality is good, but should have made it wider plus a little longer too.

Got the pair of heel extensions in January 17th ,2023 The heels were very uncomfortable, and hard, and due to its stiffness it bends in one side in a week or two

not good, not rigid and wide, fitting to 70% shoe area only, so it will keep on changing position in heal area
