For 3 years since I found out that I was allergic to chocolate and dairy I have been searching for a dessert that actually tastes good. HO-LY S—- this is delicious! It is the perfect fudgy texture of a brownie but its Carob!!! I highly recommend it! I also love the peanutbutter cups from this brand. (The mint ones I did not care for).

We loved this brownie mix. If you suffer from GERD this is a great alternative to chocolate brownies and the taste is rich and decadent and not to overly sweet. I followed the directions and they turned out perfect. Will definitely buy again.

Does not taste like chocolate at all! It was unedible. Straight to the trash.

I like the stronger flavor of carob

Perfect for what we needed. Used instead of chocolate for flourless cakes. The flavor was rich and memorable. Will buy more definitely.

Had a great taste. My wife enjoyed it so much she ordered a couple mixes for her sisters.

I tried this as a replacement for chocolate brownies as I suffer from GERD. I had to add a couple of more tablespoons if water to get the mixture completely moistened. I didn’t have high hopes when I put it in the oven, however it came out of the oven looking like a batch of normal brownies. The taste, however, is lacking. I’ve had better tasting carob and it could be slightly sweeter and richer. If I purchase this again, I would add Aussie Semi-sweet carob chips to try and improve the taste.

These carob brownies are delicious!!!! But they are costly. You are suppose to use the entire bag but the liquid required is not enough for the entire bag, I just used a tbsp more of hot water.
