Handy Device; Prompt and Helpful Customer Service
Handy little device for keeping track of timed work bursts (like the Pomodoro method). I use it to stay on task at work. The vibration is pretty subtle, but I take it off before I go to meetings anyway. My first unit I received was a lemon (wouldn't turn on at all, even after charging), but the seller was very responsive and promptly sent me a free replacement. This second one works great, and I'm impressed with their customer service!Like another reviewer said, the trick to setting the timer is pressing the left button, THEN pressing the left and right button at the same time, THEN using the left button to change the minutes (press or press and hold to scroll through 1:00 to 60:00), THEN press the left and right button at the same time AGAIN to select, THEN press the right button to start the timer. After the timer counts for a while, the display will go blank, with a small light blinking in the bottom left corner. The timer will still continue to run. If you want to check the countdown status, you can press the right button and the display will show up again. If you want to stop the timer in the middle of the countdown, press the left and right button at the same time to turn the device off. Once the timer counts down, it will give 3+ long buzzes (noticeable, but not too loud), then it will turn off. Press the right and left button at the same time to restart the timer automatically. To charge, just pop the unit out of the back of the band like you would for a FitBit and plug it directly into a USB port (computer or wall charger). The product comes with a USB cord, but it doesn't seem to be entirely necessary, as far as I can tell. The peg to adjust the band is on the stationary side, as one reviewer pointed out, but I actually prefer this, as it is easier to fasten this way. The peg is movable, so I just set it to the wrist size I needed and left it there. Now all I have to do is press the top part of the band down, and the peg comes up through the hole.I've only had this for a few days, so we'll see how it holds up over the long term, and how often I need to charge it. But overall, I'm quite happy with my purchase and with the seller!

Excellent Timer - once you have it figured out
I don't write many reviews, but thought I would for this item. It is an excellent timer - does everything I want. Silent/vibrating, lights up, and it remembers the time set so you can keep restarting it again and again simply by pressing one button on the side. I can even do it without looking at it. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it was hard to figure out how to change the time you want set. In answer to one of the product questions, they state to push both buttons at the same time to reset timer. That does not work. For the record, you must push the button on the left to highlight the time first, then you press both buttons at once. If you just press both buttons at once without first pushing the left button all it does is start the timer again (or end it if you press them again). The charging was actually pretty easy-you just pull the electronic centerpiece out of the watch and plug it into a wall plug just like you would an iPhone or a fit bit. I've been using this timer almost every day for close to a month now and it is still going strong.

Good, at first
I bought this as a timer to help remind my daughter to go potty. It was easy to use (set it for max time of an hour and showed her how to reset after she went potty) and worked well to reminder her without annoying beeps. However after only two weeks of wear the band split at the seem above the time piece. I tried, unsuccessfully, to glue it, and the looseness eventually led to the time piece falling out. So two months later, we were left with just the band.

Arrived broken
Wouldn't give it any stars if I could. Product did not work. I wouldn't turn on, was unresponsive, regardless of fully charged battery.

Great idea, bad design, not durable!
I love the idea behind this wearable timer. The biggest issue I had with it, is it's durability! The band fell apart and then the timer fell out and it was lost. This was worn by a female in the first grade. It was only worn during the school day. She really loved it though. It didn't disrupt the classroom with any noises.
