As you can see in the picture, it came packaged well and even has a travel case. Seems like nice, heavy duty material. The knee massager is great for heat and compression. Really relaxed my husband's knee and made it easier to move. I tried to use it but could not get it to fit right as it is not made for thicker thighs.

First and foremost I have no dislikes of this item. Had I known there was something on the market like this to help with my knee pain I would have been bought one. The heat and the massage is phenomenal and really does help relieve the pain in my knees. Now we have two and so far no problems and no dislikes on this item.

This would be better if the strap attached above the knee was longer. Not all of us have small thighs. I ended up having to add a velcro extension so it would close around my knee. I did love the pressure massage for my calves but would have loved more attention to my knee (the reason for the purchase.)

This knee massager came with a defective heating unit. I reported to their support, and they never got back to me. I submitted a return through Amazon, but too much time has lapsed. I sat the piece of junk aside and let the return of the massager lapse. Reathlete support should have provided a refund. Very poor customer support and product.

Our grandson let my husband borrow this since he has been having pain in his knees. This knee massager has helped him tremendously, he was surprised how much pain relief there was. I bought my husband his own and he uses it regularly. Very happy with this product!

Where the bag it didn’t come with the xpress.

My son is a very competitive basketball player and being taller, knees are always a concern. This has been working great keeping his knees from being sore after activity and loose before.

It was very large. Not for small people.
