I own my own resume writing, job coaching, and networking company. I am in the process of putting together a full day seminar and wanted to make the networking portion funny, light-hearted, and engaging. After some research, I found these balls and decided to try one. I used it over the weekend for the first time and it was a huge hit. I had a group of 14 people, most of who had never met each other. By the end of the exercise, everyone was laughing, talking with each other, and discussing their results. Because of this, I would definitely buy the others depending on my audience. I did feel like it was a tad on the expensive side but considering I'll use it over and over, I fully intend to get my money's worth out of it. Also, it's smaller than a soccer ball, but bigger than a softball, if anyone is wondering. It's very light. I did have to hide it from my pitbull because it's definitely a dog shaped toy.

Fantastic ice breaker activity. I used this at a work offsite and everyone was in love with the ball. The questions were not too basic and really opened up nice dialogue with my colleagues. Many other groups from other locations have decided to purchase this and the blank ball for their teams.

I purchased this to use in a class to get certified as an instructor and the class and instructor loved my presentation with the Thumball. This is a great way to keep your students/audience engaged in your presentation. It requires active participation and it definitely works. I would recommend this to any instructor, presenter or anyone who wants audience participation.
