I chose this because it had the best reviews of its rivals and I think that it was a good choice overall. It has a decent strong strap that attaches to your head firmly. It also has a ball that is the perfect level of spongyness so that it doesn't hurt your hands when you punch it. There are a few problems though. Its string, when used for a few days, over-stretches and also the part where the the string enters the ball wears away with use. I'm not sure whether this is going to cause any major problems but the string is attached all the way through the ball and doesn't look like it will break any time soon. All in all it is a great product, lots of fun and I'd recommend to everybody, even those who aren't interested in martial arts. It is much easier to use with boxing gloves and it does take a bit of time to be able to do it like the guy in the video!

You wouldn't think that such a ‘’basic system ‘’would bring so much joy and pride...You’re wrong!It did, and still does!!Our son is already a keen amateur boxer, at the age of 14.He has everything he needs,in his bedroom...When we saw this Game advertised, we decided to buy it or his christmas...The videos were quite convincing, so we had a go ...We chose this brand, not others...We are not disappointed!Within hours, our boy was already mastering the punching and its rhythm, and could not stop practising!!!!This was a Christmas present, and he is loving it!He has adjusted the length to what he wants to achieve, and is very happy!What a great idea to have created this reflex ball, it is a very affordable must, And for anyone!

Amazing training kit but novice ball wire end had snapped and bouncing wore hits my eyes so had to buy sport protective goggles.After a few days use on novice ball till it broke and started on the advance ball. The advance ball is amazing but needs some modifications. Good quick buy but will look for a better option no matter the cost.Great beginner reflex ball on a budget.

Bought for a Xmas present for my 12 year old son, whom I am sure will have many hours of fun and training with this. The elastic seems of better quality that other similar products being sold and I am sure will last a long while. It really is true you pay for what you get and although there are cheaper products out there, they are definitely not in the same excellence as this product.

Okay i got this for my 18yo son & to be honest for the 1st few days/week he was all over the place with it, up to date a week later he is striking on target his punching/hitting rhythm & accuracy has improved 110% !! A very well boxed well made product that will sharpen your reflex & help train your stretch/strike/rhythm. The harder you hit the faster you get (if you can hit it) I mysely had a few shots @ it but we will not talk about that.. thinking about getting myself one & train in the shed for a week or so then go show my son how its done 🤛🤜 (in it to win it)Massive thumbs up on this he loves it & i do to.

Bought this as a beginners boxing training tool. Very professional looking when it arrives in a nice carry bag. Ball is a good size. Instructions could do with being proof read in English but pretty easy to work out. Headband is comfortable. did a 15 min workout which flew by and burnt 200 calories. only gripe is when you shorten the elastic you end up with a long piece left over which just gets in the way. Minor criticism though. enjoyed it

Bought as gift for Christmas for my 11 year old Son. I think its great so far he has lots of fun with it. The only tricky part is adjusting the cord to the right size but maybe I didnt read it properly. Have been watching you tube videos to help with movements. Great idea for some after School activities letting of some steam.

We bought this for our son for Christmas but since it’s been opened it’s been on his uncle’s head for 3 hours and I’ve just had a go and it’s seriously addictive! I’m going to get another one to help my daughter’s hand-eye for netball. A great buy!
