This product is absolute trash and does the contrary to what it should do.So after taking 2 gummies as said on the bottle, I gave it 15 minutes and went to bed. As soon as I was starting to fall asleep I felt severe anxiety creeping in for no reason. This is the first time I have ever experienced anything like it. Turns out it is very common with melatonin.Apparently the dosage they state is safe is extremely high, and they never mention this risk on the box. A waste of money and another terrible night. Thanks a lot, vitafusion.

I've been taking these for over a year. It took several months for my body to acclimate to them. It does take a while for your body to adjust to having melatonin added. Be patient with yourself and sleep tight. Don't discontinue or you won't be able to sleep again.

Pretty good bang for your buck at 100pieces and 10mg of melatonin per 2 gummies.Honestly, 30 minutes after and I feel the melatonin hit like a truck and am ready to sleep.The only issue is that the flavor leaves a lot to be desired. It’s a “strawberry” flavored gummy but it tastes like bad artificial chemicals. If you can get past that then these are great sleepy time aids.

I don’t use these all the time but I have trouble sleeping sometimes. They’re a little gummier and lest soft than how I prefer my gummies and the strawberry taste is very minimal. They won’t just knock you out so it is important to actually go to bed and not try and let these do it for you. My quality of sleep improves when I take these.
