loaded with arginine and glutamine, topped off with HMB. Tastes very good and seems to actually work for protecting and excellerating muscle recovery. i only take it on workout days, so the 14 servings go a long way. i highly recommend this and all eas products. no junk involved!

I bought this with the goal of gaining weight and it was reccommended to me by my teams Football trainer who is one of the best in the nation (D1 MWC team, can't specify any further)I found it's performance average. Over the past 3 weeks of working out I've gained two pounds but I've seen better results from other protein/dietary/ weight gain supplements. It tastes great and I've tried both Orange and Fruit Punch flavors. It's also light on the stomach and isn't like other mass gainers that are heavy in dairy or whey products that can create a feeling of fullness or bloating which is a huge plus and makes it easier to eat large meals to help further facilitate weight gain.The correlation of strength to weight gain was the same as other supplements and I went up in strength 2 1/2 - 5 pounds for lifts over a 3-6 week period of routine working out.The biggest and most beneficial aspect of this product though was that I felt it helped me recover faster. I was less sore and sore for a shorter period of time compared to when on other supplements as well and that's where this product excels.It's biggest caveat is the fact it includes so little powder and required me to buy 2 of them over a 3 week period to take once a day regularly following workouts. All in all it is an average to decent dietary supplement for those with strength and weight gains in mind.

I have been working out for years now. Each time I come off a long break, I usually go through a good sore period again. With Muscle Armor, my soreness this time was minimal and did not disturb me. Good product.

I love all the EAS products. This gives me a great supplement to the AdvantEdge shakes.

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I think the price is a little on the high side. Good quality and taste. Easily dissolves. An approved vendor for "Revigor" which has been known to help the elderly retain their muscle mass as well as helping the athlete keep his muscle mass or rebuild it.... also helps with after workout soreness.Both my son and I have been using this for several months now and I would say there are noticeable results than when we were not using it.You need to take it with a high protein meal or mix it in a protein shake to be effective.

Anyone looking to add arginine to their supplement regime should consider this; it's arginine content is very high (several grams per serving) as well as containing taurine and HMB. Tastes ok too, though I much prefer the orange to the fruit punch.

From experience, and reading research on it's ingredients, this product seems to assist with protein synthesis, limiting muscle damage and preserving/restoring lean body mass in general when used twice daily as directed. Great for muscle recovery. Contains L-glutamine, L-arginine and HMB.
