I found the original EAS Phosphagen HP back in 1997 after reading a supplement review by body builder Bill Phillips. It was amazing! I packed on 20 lbs of lean muscle and increased my bench press by well over 100 lbs in 4 1/2 months using just this formula. Over the years since then I have tried countless other supplements, but I always go back to this one. Yes, you will retain about 5 lbs of water weight, but that is a big part of why it works so well. Among other things, it is volumizing your muscle tissue with water tension. This reduces the chance of injury, increases endurance and decreases recovery time. While taking this formula as directed, I could get 2 to 3 hour solid workouts every day with no soreness versus 1 hour workouts with soreness. I recently decided to put on some more muscle again, so instinctively I grabbed some of this stuff. I put on 10 lbs of lean muscle mass and increased my bench press by 60 lbs in just 2 months! This stuff works!

As a former user of the Phosphagen Elite, I was really happy to see most of the things I loved about it - the taste, impact on vascularity and muscular growth - all similar to what Phosphagen Elite provided. If you mix your creatine with juice or other beverages, this likely isn't the creatine for you. I've gotten better results from this creatine than most others on the market.

I've only tried No Xplode which makes you feel like you're having a heart attack but I guess that makes you think it's working. I don't really feel anything with the HP Powder and the container runs out pretty quickly with only 14 services. I'm just getting back in the gym so can't really say if my gains are directly related to this product. Tastes great though.

Ordered too quick. Was thinking EAS Muscle Armor. Did get me started taking Creatine. Works for me! Just feel more energetic. No longer difficult going to gym after work. Just feel like going?! Did not re-order. Now just trying straight creatine and add my own coolaid . Creatine seems to be a commondity
