Cheap and does the job!
Buy it and you will be happy. I bought the Tibetan Incense holder which was more money but the stupid thing couldnt contain all the ashes. This thing holds all the ashes if you adjust the end of the incense stick right. You just have to bend the end of the incense stick so that it is close to the holder. If the stick is to far from the wood then the ashes will fall every. But once it is close, it lands right in the groove and you have no mess. Works great and better than all the other holders I bought.You will be happy with it if you adjust the stick right, trust me!

Doesn't hold incense in a position for the ash to fall on the wood consistently.
The hole is drilled in such a way that the incense points way too far up, so the ash sometimes gets pushed over by breezes to fall off the wood. I'm sure I could fix it myself if I got creative, but I'd try to buy a different one.

Does its job for the most part
The ash often falls near the base rather than on it but that's due more to wind. It works well otherwise. While moving the dish, however, be careful because the ash falls off easily and you have a mess.

Does the job
Its extremely inexpensive (I think shipping costs more than the product itself!). It does lean toward the right if you don't adjust the stick right. But if you roll the incense stick, it will sit straight. You do have to dump the ashes after one use though. This is definitely not for prayer use (better to get a container with sand grains for that), but if it is just for aromatherapy, than this is perfect. I would recommend.

Love it!!
Soothing, wonderful, sensual smelling without being overpowering. Could light this up anytime with any kind of guests. Great to have around the house to kill those "smells". :)

Never again.
I am so disappointed. Received my order & as soon as i picked the package up, incense was pouring out of the corners, onceI opened the package, the incense sticks were a mess. I will not be ordering them again.

Gets the Job Done.
Cheap and keeps me from having to vacuum the carpet.The hole to put the incense in is crooked though, when I put a stick in it veers to the right.The ash still falls on the burner though.
