We've used this product for a couple of weeks now. It's easy to apply and seems to lift off a lot of grime from the ears. Our dog doesn't have any adverse reaction to it and appreciates the ear fuss. No scent to it really.

This is a brilliant product for dogs ear wax build up or sore irritated ears. We tried multiple well known brands including vet treatments and this has been by far the best. Our dog has narrow ear canals so wax can build up deeper down and be troublesome and uncomfortable to remove. They also suffer with dry skinon the ear so treatment can irritate. This product is so gentle on the skin, but really gets to work on removing the wax build up. It's easier for us to pour onto a cotton pad so we don't use too much, but the top is designed to place in the ear. Usually my dog gets very upset after ear cleaning and rubs thier head on surfaces afterwards (despite other products saying non sting and gentle). Not with this one it's a great product! They are much happier about me cleaning their ears now they don't run off and just settle down again all happy. It's a good price aswell seems to last well after opening and has not got any unpleasant smell. Will be trying more from this brand in future our dog is much happier using this it works brilliantly.

Oh my word… firstly, this stuff works. Secondly, if your dog has a particularly waxy ear (or ears), get ready with tissues, cotton pads, whatever you use, before you start. Our Bichon has one famously waxy ear and it released way more than expected with this stuff. She was happy with me using it, it’s an easy application - next time I’ll be better prepared to deal with what comes out! 10/10

We adopted a Kerry Blue Terrier with significant problems with hair that grows dense and deep into her ear canal (the worst our vet has ever seen) causing big wax and infection problems, no matter how much we try to shave out the hair we can get to. We tried various ear cleaners including the standard ones from the vet themselves, none of them came even close to how good this is! It's been a total game changer for our dog (& us, with all the vet visits!). We do a clean every two weeks and she hasn't had one infection or flare up since. Amazing.

Not 100 percent sure this is a genuine product as lable on back was blurry also after a few days of usage on my poor pooches ears it made her ears 10 times worse and made the ear wax rock hard. I was using cotton balls to clean her ears out but noticed thick hard residue attached to the hair inside of her ear hair causing her more discomfort than before. It became more red and inflamed when she scratched and shaked her head she yelped so much which she never done before using this product 😭 going to stick to odex

Use this as well as grooming our dogs ears tight works a treat. No more sore ears

It would be better if it had a longer nozzle to insert into dog’s ears directly. You still can. Just need to be mindful not to squirt too much. A good cleaner for routine cleaning.
