If you have a drafty door you absolutely need this draft stopper. We replaced our back door and need to now do some upgrades to the actual floors however time is always an issue. In the mean time there is a pretty noticeable draft coming from the door so I decided to order this draft stopper. Ill tell you I wasn't very hopeful, as I tried other draft stoppers but they weren't all that helpful. However this one works very well! The other one I tried stuck to the door bottom and made it difficult to maneuver. This one isnt like that at all. It is made of fabric and has some weight to it which is a great feature. The added weight helps hold it down and absorb the cold. When I walk by the door and the draft stopper is on I cant feel ANY cold coming in. It did come with some velcro however I decided I wasnt going to use it as we use the door alot to let my pup in and out for potty breaks so being able to just bend over to move it is easy enough. Possibly if we didnt use the door much I would affix it with the velcro but as of now it works very well without it. I am going to see if this seller has a longer stopper as we could use it for the draft by our front door. Only issue is its our main door so I am a tad concerned that if I put the stopper up and something happens we will be trapped inside. The stopper is movable even crammed in the bottom of the door so I dont really think it would be a huge issue just a minor hindrance. I highly recommend this door stopper if you have a drafty door. Whether it be for cool air in the winter or you losing ac in the summer.

I placed this item in front of my fireplace on the floor to keep the cold air out in the winter and it seems to be doing that well. It is well constructed and fits perfectly. It looks nice too! What I like the most is that I can remove the outer casing and wash it in the washer!

I haven't attached mine to the door because I have a mat there and it would make it difficult to open or close door. Draft stopper heavy enough for me to just let it lay against door and move it when needed. I'm going to get one for the front door next. Keeps draft out and creepy crawlies too.Update. I bought one for the front door too. Very happy with purchases.

These stoppers (I bought two) were to block drafts at the bottom of door frames. I ordered 38 inch because I wanted to make sure all drafts stopped in 36 inch door frame. Did not use adhesive as did not feel the need. These are heavy enough and shaped just right to lay snug to the door. The handles make it easy to hang the stoppers on chair or door frame when not in use. With one command, the dog steered clear, so no worry for it being used as chew toy. Cannot say enough good things about this product; would buy again but doubt there will be a need as stoppers most sturdy in construction.

Bought 4 of these to place against the front and back doors of my barn, where the wind blows through in the winter. They work very well! Very noticeable difference when they are there and they fit well and are heavy enough to stay put! I like that the covers are washable, as barns are dusty places! And added bonus is being able to hang them in the tack room when not in use. Highly recommend.!

I bought this because I have the nosiest roomate in the universe. Not "noisy," But "Nosy." She slinks around always watching what everyone else is up to & it makes me so uncomfortable. She often will mention how she saw my light on in my room under my door until such & such a time at night etc. This product helps me feel a lot better. She can probably still see some light on the other side around the door frame, but at least she can't stand outside my door & see so easily under my door & speculate where I'm standing in my room or what have you. Yes she's crazy.Anyway I wasn't expecting the added bonus of blocking noise from this product, but it REALLY does that, too! We recently had a house guest who was obsessed with soccer, & I was amazed how much of his hollering this little contraption muffled. I was even able to sleep while people in the rest of the house were making a ton of noise!It is a well-made product. I haven't tried washing it yet but it does have a removable zippered cover. I also haven't used the velcro tape that it came with yet, but plan to. The product is easy enough though to just flop down on the floor & wedge against the door base. Since it's weighted, it plops right into place with no hassle. I love the loops on it that make it easy to pull back up, and I use the loops to hang this item on a command hook I have on my bedroom wall.Is it worth the $16 I spent? I think so. I expect it to last a long time. It maybe is a little pricey for what it is, but it seriously is well-made, so I'm super happy!!

The 38 inch door draft stopper works pretty well but I am very disappointed in the hanging loops on each end. As I opened the box and took it out, one of the end loops came entirely out and left me with a string attached at one end, not a loop. Then on Day 3 of owning this stopper, at the other end, that hanging loop started to fray (see photo). It’s only a matter of time until that loop comes detached like the other one. These loops need to be more solid and secured stronger to the stopper. The stopper needs to weigh more, as it does not hug the door evenly and air still comes through. So, I bought a bag of 2 lb glass beads, placed them into six ziploc snack bags, and stuffed them in through the zipper opening, and now it’s a good weight over the full length. This product had no written instructions, so it is not clear where to attach the Velcro strips (I did not use them). The product description says the loops are for hanging, but the video says they are used to go under the door edges, so it’s confusing. It is not clear if the black gripper side goes against the door or is placed on the floor, thus instructions would have helped. Overall, this is a case of buying online and hoping for the best but I wish I could have compared two brands of these door draft stoppers side-by-side to compare their workmanship.

This draft stopper has enough weight to keep it snugly against the door, and does a great job of keeping out drafts. Our back door often gets a lot of very strong direct wind, and this draft stopper prevents the howling noise and the drafts. Very happy with the results.

This is a good size to stop drafts from under our door. I like that you can hang it when not in use just from the door handle. We used it all winter.

I bought this to weigh down our black fireplace insulated cover. It fits perfectly across the whole width of the fireplace and holds the bottom of the cover in place so that the changes in pressure don't dislodge it. It works perfectly even on very windy days. I am very happy with this purchase!!!
