I have had difficulty falling asleep and staying for years. I tried this product and it works very well. I generally go with half a pill as otherwise I can feel a bit groggy (weekdays when I’m up at 4 am).Everyone is different, so I suggest trying them when you don’t HAVE to be up the next day to see if a half or full pill works.

Helps me rest well at night. I just take a half. I’m 5 foot four weigh 145 pounds. Sometimes I feel it does cause me to dream though.
