Packaging issue
Item came in original box with packaging stickers stuck to it. Item wasn’t in a separate box or even packaged. Labels had to be removed as the item was a present which caused damage to the box unfortunately. Great present but awful packaging.

I’m missing pieces some of my bags were ripped opened

It looks beautiful !
The only thing that caused a problem was that some pieces had to be glued ( mostly the rose ) as they kept falling off. But once glued it looked perfect.
