Really good. I know that there won’t be much room to write as it’s A6, but I think it’s worth the supplier considering to switching to landscape print for A6.Really loved the additional pen holder and the wiro bind is a must for easy use.I would buy again

Firstly i ordered and paid for an A5 size and received A6 but i was actually happy with the A6 size so given theres only £1 difference i dont really mind. £12 odd for a log book though, undecided wether thats a bit much for what it is…Generally im super impressed with the quality and love the fact its not just black and white, its easy on the eye. Plenty of pages with great entry options. Pages are nice thick quality paper with great print :-)My only negative is there is only one page at the front for your measurements and weight entries which is a shame… so once youve done the 7 week entry that it offers, thats that. This is my only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Plenty of space to write your workout and keep track of progression. Just wish it had more pages to last a full year.

I always have a workout diary on me when in the gym, which is 5 days a week. Its massively useful to be able to see what I achieved on previous workouts and this in turn helps me to push myself further and helps me achieve my goals. Love the fact that it comes with a handy leather sticky pen holder too. It would be great to see an extra page or 2 in the diary detailing all the different workouts for push days, pull days and leg days to help me plan my sessions and help keep each workout fresh and different. Thanks for a great product.

As this was a present, I can't really say how suitable it was for a man who uses the gym... hopefully it was!

Brilliant little book - handy size for the gym and perfect for you to track your progress.Lots of pages so you can put different training sets in each section.Ordering another one for my daughter !

Just recieved my workout log book now after only ordering it this morning and I love it! It's cute, perfect to hold the info I need it to hold and also comes with an awesome declaration of Inspiration I will be reading daily for continued motivation.Thank you, this is perfect and I can't wait to start filling in the pages tomorrow!

Great product pocket size perfect for the gym, really good quality thick paper plus a pen holder which is super handy! Great format inside. Plus its made from recycled paper and is a climate neutral family business - go support them!
