I got the variety pack. This morning I decided to try it for the first time. Just used the Original/Plain flavor in the toaster. Now, I was impatient so I didn't toast it until it was crisp. I simply put real butter on it to eat it like toast. I was prepared for an aftertaste. None. I was really excited. I think I will try the Air fryer if I want it to get really crisp. I made 2 and was only able to eat one. They are very filling. I put the other one in a baggie to take with me to work because I knew that the full feeling wouldn't last. When I got to work a few hours later, I was ready to reheat it in the microwave along with some precooked bacon. Still delicious! It isn't going to be like real bread-nothing is. But it is a great substitution. I like that I can freeze the ones I won't be using right away. It says they stay good for 6 months in the freezer. Some will say they are pricey but I am happy to pay that money. It is an investment in my health and when I think about the time and effort that went in to perfecting this, I am just grateful it is available. You can only substitute so much lettuce for bread before you want a real sandwich.

I could not be more complimentary of these. Honestly, I’m so happy about finally trying these that this review will probably sound like they paid me to do it, but I promise that’s not the case. This is all me and these are worth the purchase x1,000,000. Not only do they taste great, they are so low carb and calorie that I can’t believe every other “low carb” company hasn’t caught on and ripped off the recipe. So far, I’ve only tried the Italian ones and used them to make pizzas, even the sandwich thins to make smaller snack-size pizzas, but I feel like these would be great as bread for just a normal sandwich, as well. I’ll update if for some reason the jalapeño flavored ones don’t live up to the taste test.The reason I’m so appreciative of these is that it’s super frustrating looking for a good cauliflower crust and finding that cauliflower isn’t even a main ingredient or that it’s partially cauliflower and then partially grain. Do people honestly think we’re looking for a cauliflower crust over grain crust to then have grains still find they’re way in? It’s ridiculous.Anyways, as you can tell, I’m super happy about finding this company. I definitely recommend you give them a try. I’m just glad I can finally stop trying all the others.

Only 4 stars because it’s expensive for what you get

No way around it, this product is expensive, but these are the best thing that has ever happened to my pizza habit. I load these up with olive oil, mozzarella, mushrooms, a few pepperoni, and some italian seasoning (sometimes ricotta if I’m feeling extra decadent). I throw it in the oven on a pizza stone and the resulting pizza is so satisfying that I don’t miss delivery at all. I also use these as hotdog buns sometimes when I am in the mood and only junk food will do. Yeah you know that mood! Best of all, these do not mess with my weight loss goals. I choose to use these for cheat meals as opposed to health food, but it work perfectly for that purpose for me. So glad I found these!

I've been trying more cauliflower products and these are delicious! I use them for avocado toast, little pizzas or just with cream cheese or butter.They are best toasted really well if adding a topping but are quick and easy!

I love the product! However, concerned about the seller. These should be kept cold or cool and when I received my box there was nothing to keep them cold. Nothing! Should I be concerned about them still being good?

This is my favorite snack. I pop in air fryer to get crispy & eat. I'm not really a sandwich person, however I did try with a veggie burger & black bean burger, they worked great a very filling meal

Taste great! Warmed up the roll well. A bit pricey.
