I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday. He loves Star Wars and thought this was really cool when he opened it. He hasn't tried the pen that comes with it yet, but I'm sure it will work fine. As for the other pen, he left it in the packaging and has it displayed with his other memorabilia.
