The process of buying this bed was so easy and efficent from start to finish.I was dubious about buying without viewing but i have no regrets at all. It is perfect, great quality and looks beautiful. After nearly 2 months this bed is still as sturdy as the day i put it together. Assembling was easy and straightforward. Overall, a fantastic quality bed.Customer service was even better, they were helpful every step of the way (even when i was a little awkward with delivery), and always kept in contact throughout my purchase.Could not be happier with everything.

Beautiful looking bed, well made, lovely fabric. Very quick and simple to erect.My only complaint is that there were not enough slats. It needs 3 more to be able to fix them with the recommended spacing for beds.I've left message on phone and also sent message to request 3 more slats so I hope for a speedy and positive response Slats arrived in only 2 days, brilliant service, polite and helpful. The bed is gorgeous. Would recommend this seller.I've now had this bed for 2 years, I love it and it is in perfect condition.

Nice bed, king size, study and easy to assemble, I managed to assemble it with very little hassle, only thing it came a bit torn here n there in the fabric but thank God it was not on the outside of the fabric but on the planks of the side. It's hard on your back when you sit to read or to watch a movie while on the bed.It came with solid slates and had to drill it to the frame, there were no instructions so had to watch videos for assembly. Overall It is great value for the cost I bought it for. No complaints till now.

Bed frame is high quality and strong. Looks pretty. Highly recommend the bed frame.BEWARE of the delivery service. Bad delivery service bed frame was suppose to be delivered in 3 days but the delivery guy was making excuses on the 3rd day and it took another 3 days for the bed frame to be delivered. Unprofessional delivery service.Slates arrived damaged and dirty. No packaging what so ever. See pics.Customer service resent 10 slates. Brilliant! Customer service give out of fiveBeds great strong long lasting I have given 4 stars only is because lacking the wooden pieces. You only get 10 pieces which is standard I think but my opinion it needs more pieces for the mattress support specially if you have children in the house that tend to jump on beds otherwise you can't go wrong worth every penny!

Looks good ,sturdy good value for the price but unfortunately lob sided had to prop up one side with furniture cups .sent photos including spirit level photo to seller never got resolved. Said he had called me but he never phoned my mobile but obviously my disconnected house phone ( my mobile is also on my details .) I gave up trying in the end .
