I ditto the other reviews...I use this for travel all the time. Easy to stick in my wife's purse or my pocket to go eat and mix it with my breakfast. Now, I often mix it with a glass of water in the room and drink it straight. I am ordering more today for a month long trip that is coming up.

First, the product itself is excellent quality ground flax seed. It's fine grade and absorbs into my food nicely. That's most important.Next, I travel frequently and these packets are just an absolute bonus! Aside from no longer having to pre-measure little baggies or carry little tubs around with me (a nightmare if they open in my luggage or purse), I just pop these in my bag and go. I just came back from 5 weeks in Europe and took these along in my bag to cafés, restaurants, etc, to add to my meals. Simple, no mess, discreet, convenient and healthy! Love them!!

Great product. I make breakfast smoothies in single serve blender at work and these packets are very convenient to throw in purse or lunch bag. Well packaged. Beats the mess of grinding from seeds myself. Pleased with the quality of the product itself (ground petfectly--no odd smell/taste). Will purchase again.
