I had my first pickled egg a few weeks before buying these. I've never been a fan of hard boiled eggs, but when they're pickled it brings a nice tangy flavor to the blandest part. These are outstanding. They taste like a mini normal egg. They're easier to snack on, and the spicy flavor is delicious. Its the heat is pretty mild to my standards, It's about as spicy as your standard gas station pickled sausage or a bag of "hot fries". If you have a low tolerance for spicy stuff you should be ok here, that's the best measure I could give even though these taste way better than those I mentioned.

Excellent pickled quail eggs!
These spicy pickled quail eggs are good...I mean REALLY good. Just the right amount of pickle and Cajun heat, without overwhelming one’s palate. Unlike other pickled egg products I’ve tried like this, these little gems aren’t rubbery in the least. From first bite to last impression in my mouth, I’m left with the desire to eat the entire jar!The shipping cost is insane, but I suppose that’s a necessary evil to safely ship them to me from Alabama to California. And Bobo’s did an excellent job of packing them, to ensure their safe arrival to my door.I’ll be buying more!!! Thanks, Bobo’s!

These eggs would have great flavor if they didn’t taste like they’ve been on a shelf for 3 years. You can literally taste the after taste of a jar like 30 minutes later

These are the best eggs. They have a bite, but not to much.I have eaten about 4 jars over a period of time and they are divine.
