I purchased this cooler bag to transport groceries home as I live about 35 min. away from the big box stores. I just used it the other day, and I am very pleased. This cooler is very roomy, and I was able to cram a lot of groceries in it. I use ice packs in my bags, and everything was still cold by the time I got home.

I purchased this for vacation to carry a few drinks and beach supplies. The ice melted within a short time and the lining leaked through the bag. It is a nice size and weight for a beach bag, but does not work as a cooler. It was a 72 degree day. Might work for a short grocery shopping trip, but not for the pool or beach.

Works great for grocery shopping and keeps items cold for several hours. I haven't tested but it appears that the bag should be leak proof. I put a two medium Igloo ice-packs in the bag in an SUV in 90+ degree weather and they were still frozen solid after about 5 hours. The bag is good quality with well-sewn handles and a plastic zipper closure. The bag exterior and interior can easily be wiped clean. It is a large size so you can add quite a bit inside and it sits flat so it doesn't fall over when trying to add items. You can fold it for storage though it is still a bit large to the insulation. When it arrived it did have a strong chemical smell inside. I wiped the interior down and let it air out overnight and the smell is gone.
