I’ve tried a lot of pre-workouts and this is definitely the best tasting, easiest to dilute, highest caffeine option out there as far as I can tell. Funnily, I went to GNC to pick up more of this. I got a product that had very similar packaging but was actually not Cellucore, I found out later, and was inferior on all those counts. So beware of imitators.

I have used many good Pre-Workout but, I have to say this product is very consistent. I have been using this same product for a few months now and have gotten great results. It really does give you the energy you need for those long workout. I usually workout for about 1.5 to 1.75 hours and I have energy all the way through. No crashing at all.

This stuff works very well! I take it about 20 minutes before I hit the gym, and it definitely kicks in by the time I'm there. My skin will flush and be a little bit itchy, but that subsides quickly with exercise. I feel a noticeable rush of energy, an increase in stamina, my veins seem dilated, and my muscles have an easier time working past "tired" when I take this stuff. It definitely helps my workouts, and I'll be buying more.

I am unable to leave a thorough review for this item at this time. When I receive my order (4/12/2018), the powder was a solid chunk (I am sure this has something to do with the product sitting on a shelf in a warehouse for how ever long). I had to pry the scoop out with a knife. I was able to break single chunk into smaller pieces, but it is difficult to get an accurately measured scoop. I think next time I will just swing by a GNC store front and pick it up.*Update 04/24/2018*I just put the powder in my blender, broke ut up, then just put it in the fridge. After about two weeks, I feel like I'm getting a better work out than i did with out it. One other thing I have learned, do not mix it with luke warm water...lol. Will use this brand again.

Awesome pumps! Gets that good tingly feeling. Still tastes like that classic blue razz flavor. Dissolves fairly easily. One thing I didn’t quite like was it’s about double the caffeine content of the C4 original, which meant I had to increase my intake (I’m a little caffeine sensitive) on my off lifting days

Good product, really increases blood flow and energy. Unfortunately when i received mine it was almost all hard in the container and unusable, like it had gotten wet inside. Only reason for 3 stars

For those who don’t like the tingling/itching sensation I would recommend to take half a scoop instead. There’s minimal tingling or none at all, but you still get the energy boost that’s needed to pump you thru your workouts. Great product!!

To be honest I didn't notice much difference in the first 2 weeks using this over regular c4 preworkout, but then after that I noticed a big difference in my workouts and doing good where I was kind of in a rut, and also just having that daily urge to actually want to workout. Tastes better than most preworkouts I've had, and tastes pretty much the same as the regular just has a little more of a bite
