I think they work
I'm pretty sure they work but it's hard to tell the difference between when this is installed and when it's not. I've been using it for a while but it doesn't look like anything is getting trapped in the filter. Maybe the particles are too small, I don't know. I guess I'll keep using these just in case.

If you use this, you will need to increase the airflow of you CPAP as the online filter does slightly reduce your airflow.

I first saw these when i was in the hospital. I then found these on here. I wanted them because my CPAP is on recall. Something about the noise reducing foam inside breaking down and being expelled from the machine in fine particles. So i ordered them. The first one maybe i kept on a little too long. About 5 weeks. Well , when idecided to change it i saw that it was black ! I immediately thought i have been breathing all this crap in before i got it.! I am so glad i bought these. I think it shouldnt probably be on for more than 4 weeks before changing. But i definately recommend this product. 5 stars !
