Power-Web Combo Hand Exerciser Medium and Super Heavy (WEB-COMBMSH)

We bought this because it's identical to the same hand therapy item used by the occupational therapist in our local hospital. It has many uses to strengthen your fingers into push your palm and then push the back of your hand in well you keep your arm horizontal because it increases the range of motion to an injured hand and arm. Wish we had gotten one much sooner for home use like this one is now. Totally recommended for anyone with a hand injury rehabilitation.

I am currently in physical therapy as I broke both of my wrist. The physical therapist uses this equipment to help strengthen my wrists, hands,, & fingers, which is working great for me. In order for me to be consistent with the exercises being used in physical therapy, I purchased this item for home use. It works well and does what it's suppose to do. I would however caution you to start with the red and than advance to the blue when your strength improves. I would also recommend that you stop by a physical therapist office to have them direct you on the proper use for this piece of equipment. Don't be fooled, it looks easy, but you will feel it afterwards if you over do it!

I bought two of these, one for my father who suffers from diabetes and one for me. My father needed something to work his hands with since sometimes he can't get them out of the claw position. This worked like a charm. Based on where he grabbed he could vary the intensity and range of his hand exercise. He loves it and uses it while he is watching TV. I keep mine at work for a quick grip exercise when I get a bit fatigued from typing on the computer. I keep it pinned to the wall and everyone thinks it is some sort of art. I am very happy with my purchase.
