Accurate but maybe not necessary
This thermometer appears to be accurate and as a newbie to milk frothing I thought that I might need it. I have used it several times but have found it not necessary. I find it easier to determine the temp of the milk by holding my frothing pitcher in my hand and once it becomes too hot I stop the frothing process. I’ve used my thermometer to verify the temperature using that method and it appears to be fairly accurate. That having been said the thermometer itself is accurate and does what it is intended to do. I have given it 5 stars for that reason.

Good, but smaller than I thought
The description said it was 7 inches, it’s 4.5 inches and makes it hard to use for the intended steaming of milk. it was accurate for a while until it broke
