I was pretty excited about these shakes, but I ended up having mixed feelings about the product and different flavors.PROS:*Short, relatively natural ingredient list*Great macros*The birthday cake favor is really good. Some people might not like the eggy vanilla taste, but it tastes just like flan to me. (If you've never had flan, think of French toast: sweet but eggy flavor.)CONS:*Even though I added coconut milk and heavy whipping cream (very fatty) to different flavors, I still felt hungry afterward. I think it might be because of the stevia, though this might not be an issue for everyone.*The Dutch chocolate flavor was nothing special. It tasted like a regular homemade shake made with unsweetened cocoa powder.*The coconut coffee flavor wasn't good.*Like all powders of this kind, they don't mix very well. They gritty when made in a blender bottle, though they're fine when made with any kind of electric blender.Overall, I'd probably purchase the cake batter flavor and use it as dessert but not a meal replacement or stand-alone snack. If I were reviewing only the cake batter flavor, I'd probably give it 4 stars.

The shakes mixed easily in water. I used a shaker bottle and found that the shakes mixed easi enough. I'm sure the shake would have been smoother and creamier if I'd used a blender but the mixing was adequate for drinking on the go. I liked the vanilla better than the chocolate. The cappuccino was ok but I'm not really a coffee drinker. I think the price of the sampler is too high, other wise I would have given the product more stars. I would definitely purchase some nutriketo products after sampling the shakes. I will purchase some time in the future if I'm so inclined to purchase more keto shakes. Right now I am enjoying another brand of keto meal replacement shakes which were cheaper than the nutriketo shakes.

I finally tried all 3. Honest review, the chocolate is the only decent flavor out of the 3. The cake batter wasn't terrible, but Im not a vanilla protein shake person. I lean more towards chocolate. The coffee was unpalatable. I took a sip and just ugh. It's chunky and gritty and just not what I was expecting at all. It looks like pieces of the coconut shell was pulverized and used in this. Being that it's keto and the chocolate really held me over for a few hours, I would buy the chocolate again. The cake batter is good, just not my preference. And the makers need to go back to the drawing board on the coffee.

I bought the sample pack, which in itself is something that I really like a company to offer. So far, I've tried the Vanilla shake and it was delicious. It did get a little clumpy in my Blendtec . Next time I am going to blend the powder in warm water first to get out the clumps and then mix it with coconut milk and ice. The flavor has the perfect amount of sweetness and I liked the hint of cinnamon. Since I have been on my Keto journey I am always looking for products that are simple and taste great.

I did not like these. I found them to be clumpy even inside the package, almost like the powder was damp. They did not mix well at all in a blender bottle, and I do not carry a blender with me everywhere I go, so I need powders that can easily mix up with a shaker/blender bottle. The flavor was mediocre, at best, and the chocolate one almost had a dirt-like aftertaste. I'm glad they offer these samples though - so few companies offer samples and it stinks to get stuck with 1-5 lbs of a protein powder you dislike, so they get points for offering these sample packs!

I was leery of trying out new shake mixes because some can be kind of gross tasting. However, I was really surprised that I liked the mixes, the consistency and flavors are easy to drink. The sample pak allowed me to try out different flavors without the commitment. Will def try these out again.

The reason I only rated this as 3 stars is that I had them shipped to my granddaughter and she didn't like them. Since I didn't drink one I really don't know how good they are.
