A great start to this series by the amazing Roxie Ray.I loved that this is a second chance at love story (though I was a little confused at the title initially)18 years after Maverick had walked out on her, Ava returned to Black Claw with her son and daughter. As a newly divorcee the last thing she was expecting was to run into her first love, the man who abandoned her all those years ago. Not only this but he was the father to her son Maddox.Fall in love alongside Ava as they reunite.

I enjoyed this book and couldn't put it down. I liked the story of Ava and Mavrick and how much they clearly loved each other I wish we got to see them have another baby though

WOW!!! This is the first time I've read a Roxy Ray book and it is brilliant. I couldn't put this book down. I love everything about it. High School Sweethearts meet up again after 11 years. Maverick never knew he was a father until Ava comes back to Black Claw. I don't want to say anymore because I don't want to spoil the book for anyone who reads it. I highly recommend this book.

This was a quick MF paranormal romance, there was nothing particularly wrong with the story or the characters hence the four stars but if you've read Daddy Biker Bear it is pretty much the exact same story, even the ending and set up for book two is the same.I'm guessing this was written first so if you read this one first you may enjoy it but if you read both close together you'll know exactly what is going to happen. So unfortunately I won't be reading book 2 of this series as I read book two of her bear shifter series.

Enjoyable read. Good characters and no messing around. There was no of the will they won't they. Looking forward to the next in the series.

Loved this. Light read and dragon mate story. Bit action and spice. Just the right combo. By far a nice shifter read.
