Absolutely brilliant brush for stripping out my floofy long haired cat, Victor!He was not a fan at first, tbh, has always hated being stripped, and did have quite a build up of undercoat (not matted, just thick)It removed LOADS! (Just like the video shows on the ad!) Very satisfying 🤣When I brushed him again a week laterhe tolerated it much better, still lots of floof came out 👍(Had tried the rather too brutal ‘Furminator’ metal stripping tool but it was just too brutal (resembles the scarifier I used on my lawn!!😱)Apso works on my long haired Daschund (she LOVES it!!)Even tried it on my friend’s MASSIVE lop eared ‘house rabbit’, who sheds like mad, desperately needs stripping, but it did not work on him at all?)100a% recommend this for your fooofy cats and dogs though

The brush is great at gathering loose fur and my cat absolutely LOVES it, she starts meowing excitedly as soon as I even pick it up! Easy to remove the fur from the brush too with the button that pushes it all off. Highly recommend.

Good brush & great idea. Works well on everything except not perfect on cat hair removal white cat black clothes!! However copes well with my hair. Neat idea

My cat is old - 18 years - and recently her fur has become a bit matted. This is probably due to her not being able to groom herself properly. I have been brushing her with a little Pet Teezer brush for a while and this is quite good but when I came back from holiday I found her fur was matted on one side - because I had not been able to brush it while I was away, of course, and she would not have tolerated the lady who was feeding her doing so.I opened the box the brush came in with scissors, and the hanging loop nearly got snipped - this would not have mattered to me because I don't want to hang the brush up, but maybe you do so be careful when opening.I showed the new brush to my cat and put it next to the old brush so she could sniff it before I used it. I only did a very small amount of brushing the first time, and I always stop brushing if I think she doesn't like it. I don't want to put her off the brush!The second time I used it just by chance I had been eating twiglets beforehand and she obviously liked the smell or taste on my hand, so while she enthusiastically licked my left hand, I brushed her with my right, and was able to use slightly more pressure. This seemed to loosen some of the matted fur and it started to come away. I feel that with regular daily brushing I will be able to improve her coat and hopefully get rid of all the mats.The brush does what it says it does - removes loose hair, and quite a lot of it - certainly more than my other little brush. Press the button and the bristles go in so you can remove the fur. This means the brush stays nice and clean, easily. It feels comfortable in the hand and is good quality, and a great price. Highly recommended - and no-one has paid me to say so!PHOTOS - 1st photo is my 18 year old cat. 2nd photo is the brush with fur removed all at one time. 3rd photo is a close up of her matted fur. 4th photo is the clumps that I found next to her on the blanket - they had come out of their own accord and as this has never happened before it must be due to loosening by the brush.UPDATE - With the help of the brush and carefully pulling apart mats with my fingers, and re-brushing, I have now got rid of ALL the mats on my cat, so I am really pleased, and so is she. When I use the brush on her, she purrs, and starts grooming herself on the bits she can reach.

Good sturdy brush. Works well on our long haired cat. Would recommend.

Thought this was a steam brush, it’s very large for just a handheld brush. My cat does seem to like it, and does get a decent amount of hair. Easy to clean it too. Bit expensive for just a brush
