Way Better Than Expected!!!
Looks AMAZING! The quality for the price is unbelievable. It's a hard plastic. Came with a lanyard. I got the black with white print. Exactly what I needed. Easy to read from a distance. The 2 pieces interlock together with the lanyard keeping them from coming apart. Clear plastic over the ID card. Also had to ask a question from company and they got back to me very quickly (within a couple of hours)**Picture After Wearing It Daily For Weeks Under Actual Working Conditions**

Custom photo not printed properly edges only
I thought the picture I submitted would be printed in full on the backside and around the edge housing on the front. That is not what I received. The back is blank and front edge is printed with the edges of my photo. The center is missing as that is where the clear plastic is to see the badge. The pictures in the ad show a full print on the backside. I didn't get what I thought I was getting. Silly to make me think it would print the whole photo. Nice badge holder, customization is not worth it.
