I love this product.It keeps me from having to take a whole bunch of supplements. It\nIs powder form and mixes into my drink?In the morning and by midday , i've taken a ton of healthy vitamins that are in this healthy choice.

Can't believe I rushed to fork over this amount of money impulsively after watching a Dr. Amen video on concussion rescue. Like an infomercial I fell for it, ordered this and the omega 3 from BrainMD and from Amazon to see which could get here first to treat my daughter after a concussion. I ordered Amazon without checking ingredients or reviews! Can't believe I was so gullable. It taste awful, she won't drink it, barely bearable with 32 oz of water. Stevia sweetner is gross and does not agree with me. As other reviews say small container only half full. Makes the chest burn. and can't get an answer if Omega 3 gel caps are kosher. I also have an shipment setting here still in the box unopened hoping Brain MD will give refund on that, we'll see. Easier way to help your brain...eat Keto or carnivore, no sugar or junk food.

My wife and I really like this vitamin powder since we feel that we have much more energy than we did before we started taking it.

This is a high price for only a one month supply, about $3.30 per day at the current price (~$100). However, this powder is packed with supplements, so it may be worthwhile to drink this daily rather than swallow a whole bunch of pills. The flavor is acceptable, but it fails to mask the taste of some of the stronger constituents. Basically, I can tell from the taste that there's a high concentration of B vitamins in solution, even after mixing this into 32 oz of water. My only other complaint about this supplement powder is that some of the ingredients don't appear to dissolve, but settle out of solution after a few minutes. They can also be detected as a gritty sensation while consuming this supplement. Just remember to shake it up immediately before drinking to consume all components of this mix. Regarding the effects, I can tell the B vitamins are working because I tend to flush red after taking this. I can't really tell for certain whether any of the "mind support" ingredients are having any effect, however. Perhaps after a month of use my story will change. In general, this appears to be good supplement, but needs some tweaking of the flavor and consistency.

Vitamin K This product contains vitamin K. Since I take Plavix, I noticed a warning for those on blood thinners. No mention of this. After spending money on a product I cannot take and after the deadline of returning it, what do I do?
