Vitabiotics Ultra Sage - 30 Tablets

Hard to get in Australia but this made it to me - great item and great value. I'm using it with other herbal tablets to improve menopause symptoms - been doing this for about four years and it's making a difference.

My introduction to the start of menopause was full blown insomnia, night sweats and day hot and cold flashes. In fact I spent so much of my time soaked in sweat that then caused a chill that I came down with two colds in the space of 4 weeks. I'm getting my life back and am able to function without the terrible discomfort of feeling like a creature from the menopausal lagoon every time I move, sit down, eat, drink or generally breathe. So very grateful and this is now one of my absolute essentials for however long it takes to get through this.
