First off, don’t listen to the whiners saying that the instructions are bad… if you can read you’ll have no trouble. These folks are lazy, entitled babies that want everything to snap together like a couple legos. If it’s that difficult, shut up and waste your money and let someone assemble a bike that my 6yo nephew could likely finish in an hour… meaning it’s insanely easy. I was finished in 30 min. SMH… Anyways, let’s start the review! I don’t have a car because of a driving phobia, so I finally pulled the trigger and bought an electric bike to save money on Uber and Lyft. Zero regrets, this thing is crazy fun to ride and quite a bit less expensive than a lot of other bikes. That being said, do not expect it to pull you up steep hills. It will not. But… the combination of pedaling and the throttle makes it WAAAheyhey easier. Another plus is the headlight. I work at 4am, so this is pretty awesome. Don’t try to find the battery compartment like I did only to realize it’s attached to a wire… there’s a switch next to the throttle. You will feel stupid lol. Also has a horn… for annoying bicyclists that think they deserve to be on the road with fast moving metal weapons on wheels that can flatten you like a Looney Tunes character. Only negative aspect is the seat; it’s super uncomfortable and hurts my gooch(the space between your B-Bag and B-Hole) after a short time. Luckily I had a wide seat with springs from an old beach cruiser that got hit by a car. So yeah, get a nice, soft seat. Your gooch will thank you.

This is my third review.... My wife purchased this bike for me as a gift. I do not drive and needed it to run in town errands. The bike arrived to me and the battery was defective and completly died out within 2 days. The company sent me a new battery (after some haggling) and this one died completely the first day and could not take a charge. I reached out to the company again and they had me jumping through hoops this time around. So after almost 2 weeks no third battery was sent. Now the company is threatening that if I do not withdraw my A to Z refund request it will take a long time for me to get a refund!!! They went on to say that I should just keep the defective bike and give them another chance. I do not appreciate the threat of withholding my refund and just so you know I will wait as long as it takes I will not be bullied into keeping a defective bike. I see that there are good reviews regarding this product but my experience is one of the worst I have ever had and definately the worst on Amazon. I will not witdraw my refund request and I think Amazon should look into this company threatening to delay refunds in order to force customer's to keep defective items. 1 star at best from me!!

I was a little surprised how good the quality of the bike is given the price. I replaced the seat for a comfort seat and the rear fender could use improvement but those are minor. The bike has amazing power as well though I have not taken it on along ride or on a trail yet. The videos offered by Ancheer make it easy to assemble.

Battery didn’t last. Still under warranty. Was told it would be replaced over a month ago, still no battery and now I’m being ghosted.

Love the bike, easy to assemble. Great ride. Motor has decent power. I commute 14 miles round trip daily on flat roads, no real inclines or mountains. And I can ride to and from work on a single charge. (Keep in mind I’m only 2 weeks into owning)THE CONS: right out of the box I didn’t have any issues but noticed little things need adjustment. Like brakes, shifter derailers. The front wheel bearings needed lubrication because it made an annoying squeak and I thought it was just brakes wearing in. So be sure to check that. THE PEDALS… folding… cool… look beefy… but I’m 200 pounds and they didn’t last a week. They honestly do not save any room when you fold the bike so just pick up some metal ones if your are a little heavier like me.THE SEAT: junk uncomfortable, but Walmart has a nice one for like 20.00. THE BATTERY: if you tighten the straps up good… you don’t even notice it’s there…but if you want to dress up the handle bars with accessories like radio, mirror, phone mount… the battery straps do take up space.THE THROTTLE: if you wanna just roll and enjoy the electric mode… long sustained throttle will cramp your hand. But if you know you are going to be peddling with it the “high” assist mode works as long as you pedal, the moment you stop it stops assisting witch is nice.2 weeks of hard riding out of the box and I give it 4 stars. Good bike for the price. If you’re a light rider and just wanna enjoy bike rides on occasion it’s PERFECT

Great bike. Definitely need a seat upgrade. The one in the picture was bought separately. The battery lasts for about 20 miles. It takes bumps well. The metal is a little squeaky and if you get any dust on the breaks, they squeal. 350W is Best for someone below 200 lbs.
