It has helped in some way
Not sure if not desiring to have lunch has anything to do with it but is the only change so far in a week. I will know for sure as soon as I get my labs tests and results in a few weeks.Update:Is not a miracle pill but it has increase the visit to the bathroom helping liberate more toxins from the body.

I took it for three weeks before I had to discontinue due to gastrointestinal side effects.

I like it. It does not work from the first ...
I like it . It does not work from the first pill and you need to take more then recommended if you have diabetes . but it work without most major side-effects of Metformin (I was having runs for first 3 days)

I experienced almost instant heartburn and indigestion from taking this product. I would not recommend it and advise caution. Also Amazon said it is not returnable once opened.
