Q: Will this work attaching my Nikon F mount lens to an Olympus OMD E-M10 e-mount?

Yes, it will work nicely. I have one and use it with my Nikon F lenses on a Panasonic GF3. You have to set your E-M10 to shoot in "no lens" mode. I use aperture priority, which will say the f-stop is set to "0", or something like that. The camera doesn't know what it is. You can use full manual mode as well, if you prefer. The light meter in the camera will still work so it will automatically adjust the shutter speed for whatever you manually set the lens f-stop to. Manual focus only, of course.

Q: If a canon lens has image stabilization, will the is still work if mounted with this adapter to a gh4?

No. There is no electrical contacts in the adapter ring. Exposure and focus has to be adjusted manually.Automatic diaphragm, auto-focusing, or any other functions will not operated with using this adapter

Q: I can't get my AIS lenses to stick to this. An AF-S lens seems to stick just fine. Is there some sort of trick I'm missing, or did I get a bad model

i use this exclusively for NON-AI, AI and AIS. I haven't even tried with and Af-S. i'd say it's down to manufacture or user error. I'd send it back. And frankly you sound like you know what you're doing.Good luck!

Q: Does this aperture control ring has click stops?

This is a lens mount adapter, it has no aperture control boult in to it. The aperture is controlled by the aperture ring on the original lens (Pentax K mount).
