from day one nothing but problems screen is trash no responce from it making the unit a 500$ light up paper weight. i can even get a proper number to call and complain too anyone know a good number?

Amazon is not advertising the radio correctly. Do not buy this radio as i was advised by the manufacture. It cost me 250.00 to have the radio installed and 159.00 to have uninstalled because Amazon misadvertised it. the radio did not have voice control, TPMS, DAB+ and the blue tooth will not work correctly. I spoke with Amazon about my concerns for the cost of having to pay to have uninstalled because of their mistake and they were very rude and would not help with any type of compensation. They will take your money and if you lose money to their mishap they will not own up to it. The radio would be fantastic if it had everything it said came with it but it does not. It comes with product support and they cannot even help you with any of the problems with the radio. I was forced to contact and pay 15.00 to the manufacture through messaging in China for 3 days to get the voice control app installed which was advertised to be on the radio. Do not buy this Radio because it is not going to have what it says it has and Amazon will not help you at all and i am a 15 year member 8 year prime member. DO NOT DO IT BECAUSE OF AMAZON.

What I like is installation in my 2014 RAV4 LE was fairly easy, with the exception of mild modifications to get the screen seated right. But, the thing I’m having a problem with is the ability to be able to download my other apps for in car functionality without using my iPhone for additional app use. Do I need to purchase another gadget for this ability?

First one had a cracked screen out the box. Could of been delivery handling. But the replacement unit did not work out the box. Loved the idea and wished I got one that worked.

The product is very expensive and the return time when purchased on dec17th was January 31st. It is February 1st 2022 and the deck is now glitching and there is a software issue. Not happy at all..
