Fuzzy Koala Pencil Hugger, 48 count

Purchased this item as a favor for my daughter's birthday in February of '17. They were a big hit amongst the party goers (who were 12 year olds, what a hard age to please!). Since then, my kids have used theirs regularly and they still look great. Highly recommend.

Love these! gave some as gifts, and kept some for myself. I attach to my stethoscope and everyone loves it. The clip is very durable and the koalas are adorable.

These pencil huggers were popular back in the '70s when I was a kid but they've come a long way in terms of super koala cuteness. In the old days, the fur was rougher and the stitching was much more visible. These are super soft, a bit smaller, but adorable!

Very cute pencil huggers. I bought these to go with customized pencils for second graders. They did a play based on the book The Koala Who Could. They arrived in pretty good condition--a few stray thread and bit of material that pulled off easily. The heads come off easily, if pulled on.

I ordered these because my company logo is a koala - I wanted to use them with marketing mailers - perfect! They are adorable and far more well-made than I expected at the price. Super-cute.

This was very well received the project that I ordered them for. I am glad I had extras on hand, because people wanted more. So, glad these are still available. I remember when they were all the rage in the 1990's.

These are cheap (about $20 with shipping), so I shouldn't be surprised that they are cheaply made.The quality is disappointing. Not a single unit is free of defects. Missing patches of "fur", frayed ears, glue on noses, poorly covered bellies, some don't open at all.The ones that do open can accommodate a Sharpie(r) marker but will also hold on to a piece of paper.These are meant for Valentine's day gifts for my sons' classmates. I don't think the kids will care much about the quality - my hope is that the cute factor will outweigh any imperfections.Two stars for cuteness.
