The original version was not great but ok. This manufacturer completely changed the ingredients without notice and is still advertising as the same product even though ingredient wise it’s not even close to the original. Have had major issues with widespread muscle and tendon pain using the new version that has resolves away after discontinuing use. I hit the gym 7 days a week and have for the last twenty years and have never had side effects like I had with their newer version with any other products.

I don't know why they took the agmatine sulfate out, but it was the main pump ingredient, and it just doesn't work well at all anymore.

I’d say I’m a novice gym rat. I lift 6 days a week for 1-2 hours. I use this on days when my workout is at the end of my day so it doesn’t keep me up. I don’t know a lot about the different ingredients such as vasodilators, but I definitely notice a good difference between the days I use this and the days I don’t. I use total war when I lift in the morning, and I’ve noticed the veins starting to pop out in my shoulders and legs, which is nice. I’ve gone through a full container of big noise and two of total war. So far I’m pleased with the results.

The flavor is decent, it’s very under dosed compared to other non stim pre’s but I didn’t feel any energy or focus after I took it. I took for a month and then after about the first month every time I took I started getting sick. I would have stuffed throat and nose for a week straight and this happened about three time after I took the preworkout until I threw it out. A couple months ago my friend bought this pre and he took it for the first time. Right after his workout he began to pee blood due to the preworkout and now we just don’t buy from this company anymore. Please do not buy this

They need to change the formula back. The new formula makes me light headed and feel like I'm going to pass out during my workout.
