The Official Stormtrooper Training Manual (LEGO Star Wars)

The content here is so good, if only it wasn't falling apart! The text is full of silly jokes that crack my 5 year old Star Wars superfan up. There's a reference to "Shirtless Lou," the last stormtrooper to go into battle, that made him laugh so hard that I ordered the Batman-in-swimsuit minifigure and swapped that torso with a stormtrooper so he could have his own Shirtless Lou, and he plays with him all the time. Shirtless Lou is always doing something silly during stormtrooper training and causing Captain Phasma all kinds of headaches.But alas, the book totally fell apart the first time we read it. Whatever glue they used to hold this thing together was a total fail. I taped it back together, and now the pages are a bit uneven, but we soldier on.

Perfect, I like the Minifigures!

This is a cute little lego star wars book, we found it at our school book fair (but it was cheaper on Amazon, so that's where we bought it :-). It comes with a minifigure (which I am sure is entirely why it was on the must have list) but it has a cute little comic-strip type story within. Quick enough to read before bed and has the signature lego snarky humor that I found funny too. The story informs you about all different varieties of storm troopers (who knew there were so many?)It's a small book (that is a regular sized mini-figure dis-assembled on the front cover) maybe 6 by 6 inches, but it is hard cover.

Great book for the price. Bought it for my son as an incentive for him reading to me for 20 minutes each day. He was super excited to read each day to try and get this prize. Note it is a snow trooper not a stormtrooper. He definitely made me aware of that. It is the minifigure with a small book of activities and games and another small book about stormtroopers. By book I should say pamphlet. The price I bought this for though was about the same as the random minifigure packs all over every store, so it was a good deal.

I bought this for my 7-year old son. He loves LEGOs, Star Wars, and reading! He greatly enjoys the puzzles and games in the manual and since he's starting to read more independently, this book allows him to read something he likes. The book is of a sturdy design and the magnetic seal really keeps it together. It's small enough that my son can take it into the car and read and doodle as much as he sees fit. I highly recommend buying this for 1st-2nd grade kids who love reading and Star Wars.

I didn’t notice but the guy that comes with it has a different helmet then the one that the book is about. Which my son is totally bummed about! He wanted a storm trooper not a SNOW trooper. And there are extra pieces that we can not figure out where they go. That white fabric doesn’t fit anywhere (see pic) Not sure at all. The book is cute but falls apart easily.

A great little(it is a lot smaller than you think)book,top quality all round,its great paper(thick good quality) for the kids to read/play/write on,Pictures are good graphics,its a pity the kids will be drawing on it to be honest.Closes with a really solid hardback and (not seen/hidden in book) magnetic clasp.A fantastic minifigure sealed really well in front of book peeking out of front cover(this is why its thickness and page count are down,half the book is the figure).Only downside is it could have been a little bit cheaper for the amount of pages you get.Great little buy for the kids,they loved it and its handy size means the little one can have a look too without dragging it about or dropping it.If this review helped you in anyway please use the button below

Pro's: Nice minifig of the Snowtrooper which comes with the skirt piece. Interestingly the 2021 Lego Hoth sets feature Snowtroopers without this. The figure itself is decent and comes with a blaster.Con's: The binding of the book is rubbish. My son barely flicked through a few of the pages before they started falling out - which necessitated in me using cellotape to append them back in. Just beware it could happen to you.

A fun present for a Star Wars fan with a sense of humor. Answers the question: how do you train LEGO Imperial Storm troopers?
