Best matcha!
This is some of the best matcha (especially for the price!)It’s so smooth, pure, and consistent. I have energy without any type of crash. It’s truly the best thing to have first thing in the morning.I am a mom to a very active toddler, while also working full time from home. This gives me energy and I also feel good knowing there’s great benefits to drinking it!I personally mix it in with warm water, then pour warm oatmilk on top. Add honey or maple syrup, delicious!

Worth it
I normally get a matcha kick every 1-3 years and buy whatever is on sale and pop it in the blender to begrudgingly quaff down my ill-thought putrid green mess of ingredients until I run out of powder a few days later. This time I opted for a higher grade brand after some googling and value comparisons. I’m glad I did. I got the 100 g bag of this stuff and have been having it with condensed milk, a pinch of sea salt, honey, and a dash of evaporated milk alongside sesame oil dissolved in a cup of cold water. Whatever concoction it is I’ve been enjoying it and having 3-4 times a day. It’s easy to blend, the taste is balanced, and I feel more lucid in thought without any jitters.I questioned the 37 dollar price tag. But after giving it some thought, an iced matcha drink is normally 5-8 dollars on average with no fancy substitutes or additives and whatever I’ve been making tastes better and doing the math yields probably 30 drinks whereas 37 dollars would yield 5-8 less gas and travel time… anyone on the fence I would recommend. Great quality. Great value.Just make sure to buy yourself a little bamboo frother if you’re a traditionalist or an electric handheld one if more modern… otherwise… I don’t think you can go wrong. Really happy with purchased and about to buy another bag as we speak.

Great quality matcha, but not the cheapest
This is definitely some of the best-tasting matcha I’ve tried at home. Super smooth, not bitter, and it actually froths up nicely with a little whisking. You can tell it’s high quality just by the vibrant green color — not dull or brownish like some of the lower-grade stuff out there.I’ve been using it for morning lattes and it gives me that calm, focused energy without the jittery coffee crash. Big fan of that.Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. I get that ceremonial grade matcha is going to cost more, but this one’s a bit on the higher end for the size. That said, if you care about quality and flavor, it’s worth treating yourself.

Finally, at home matcha lattes.
There have a been a few things recently that I just can't bring myself to spend money on, turmeric shots and matcha lattes, they are so pricey and easily made at home for a fraction of the cost. After much research on matcha powder, I decided to purchase Golde Pure and so happy I did. Few pointers, when you receive the canister the powder is in a bag placed inside the canister, before opening the bag make sure you shake it a bit to settle the power to the bottom, or you will have matcha powder wasted for no reason. The powder is VERY fine, if it spills there’s really no saving it. I use 1 teaspoon of powder in warm water, using my automatic hand frother, sold on Amazon, I mix it in the cup adding a tiny bit of coconut sugar to it. Once it's nicely mixed and has froth, I pour it over ice and top with almond milk. I use my milk frother again for a final mix. It's perfectly frothy and delicious!

High quality!
This matcha powder is tightly sealed and packaged to keep it extra fresh. The powder itself is very dense and high quality. In my experience with some matcha made intentionally for lattes, they would be overpowered by milk, have too much sweetener added and generally took more scoops of powder to create a matcha taste. That isn't the case with the powder, two teaspoons is all you need for a pint glass if you're doing an iced matcha with milk. You'll need to sweeten the mix yourself but that's easily done. This is a really good powder for any matcha lovers, my only reservation is how small it is but the powder goes further being a better quality and being able to use less per drink.

Not ceremonial-grade matcha
If you're looking to use this matcha in an unsweetened beverage, I wouldn't recommend it. I like to take my matcha either: 1) plain with hot water, 2) plain with half hot water and half warm oat milk, or 3) as a slightly sweetened (with honey) iced oat milk latte. This matcha did not taste good in any of these options. No matter how hard I tried, I could not get the beverage to not taste burnt and bitter. Adding more sweetener helped a little, but not much. I am a big tea person, so I know how to not burn my matcha; this is just poor quality matcha. The color is dull and brownish, which is also a good sign that it's not actually ceremonial grade. If you're looking for reasonably-priced matcha that is surprisingly tasty and available on Amazon, I recommend the Matchabar ceremonial grade matcha.

Not ceremonial grade
The matcha tastes ok not too bitter like most matchas out there, but the one I received was definitely not ceremonial grade. The powder is yellow-green, which pure ceremonial grade matcha doesn't have yellow. Not sure if it's just not ceremonial grade or if it's just old matcha.
