My daughter begins sweating when she is tired and as soon as her head hits the pillow, sweat production instantly doubles and smells a bit like apple cider vinegar. The pillow case wicks as much moisture away as it can. But it would be like trying to bail the water out of the Titanic with a teacup- a noble but futile attempt. The pillowcase has endured much and had survived longer than any of its predecessors. It stays put on the pillow because of the “envelope” like design and quite possibly because the pillowcase and pillow are clinging to each other for emotional support. The fabric is soft and still looks new after washing...even after countless trips through the washing machine and scalding hot water. I can’t seem to get the vinegar sweat smell out of the pillowcase anymore so I will be buying a replacement pillowcase soon and it will be another one of these strong soldiers. I can only imagine what my toddler’s sweat will do to a non-moisture wicking pillow and I don’t care to find out. I couldn’t give five stars only because it couldn’t keep up with sweat production. By morning, my toddler’s hair is plastered to her face and something has tried to build a nest on the back of her head. Her face can slide off the pillow and I have to wash it again. But through it all, the pillowcase has stayed strong.

We had a very positive buying experience with LittleSweatyHead from a previous purchase and wanted to write a review of their Moisture Wicking Pillowcase.Pros: Material is sooo soft and definitely dries fast. When other laundry items are still moist in the dryer, the pillowcase is dry and ready to be used, which is a huge plus for weekend naps! It fits on top of toddler pillows perfectly, and stays on after being handled by toddlers, as well as to and from the daycare. Love that it is natural and safe for our little one.Con: Would love to see more color options, but we got one that worked just fine.

Incredible night sweat relief! I have a small neck support pillow that I didn't have a pillow case for. The kind that's carved out in the middle and thicker on the edges. It's like a memory foam travel pillow. This pillowcase fits like a glove. The material is extremely soft and a little stretchy- feels just like cotton though I think it's a blend. I was really surprised I have not sweat a drop and I used to wake up drenched.

Dries really quickly. Useful for my boy who likes to suck his thumb to sleep and drools on pillow. But again, as with the pillow, dimensions a little small for toddlers.

I bought two different cover, one was from the original pillow I purchased, and he sweat alot on the one he originally first got. With this one you can tell a huge difference with this grey one he sweat less. And I think he likes it when he wakes up not feeling sweaty.

I personally use it every night. At 73, I enjoy an extra lift in the pillow department. This pillow case is just right for the small pillow I use as a second. So, folks, it's not just for youngens.

This pillowcase has an incredible number of useful features from this fabric's technology. The product is aptly named for use by our toddler who has a little sweaty head and benefits from the moisture wicking and and fast drying features. These are great easy gifts for our other friends who have also talked about their children's sweaty little heads. Fantastic product!

The color is more of a purple and not navy blue. I will be exchanging it for another color. I love the fabric! It is incredibly soft!
